This article introduces the thought and clinical experience of Professor Wang Tan in the treatment of lung cancer.Wang Tan believes that"abnormal growth"is the core of tumor occurrence and development,and puts forward the TCM disease name of"abnormal organisms in the lung".In his opinion,its key pathogenesis lies in"out of control of the heart and mind,deficiency of lung qi,and hyperactivity of ministerial fire".He maintains that its basic treatment principle involves"nourishing the heart and regulating the mind,invigorating lung qi,and restricting liver fire",which forms a three-in-one treatment mode of correcting the"abnormal growth state",improving the"abnormal growth environment"and reducing the"the growth of abnormal organisms".
