Endometrial polyps can cause abnormal uterine bleeding,infertility,and carry a risk of malignancy.They tend to recur after surgery,impacting women's physical and mental health.In traditional Chinese medicine,they fall within the categories of"abdominal masses"and"infertility".Professor Li Guangrong believes that women with these conditions often have deficiencies,stagnation,and blood stasis,and he employs the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in his treatment.By summarizing and elucidating his academic thoughts on the treatment of endometrial polyps,this article discusses the application of a graded,timed and classified approach to promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,addressing the root causes of blood stasis and dampness,and reinforcing and protecting yin and blood.This method has been applied in clinical practice with satisfactory results.
