摘要
目的 探讨大承气汤联合穴位贴敷治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效.方法 选择2021年1月—2023年1月收治急性胰腺炎患者81例,按照随机数表法分为大承气汤组、穴位贴敷组、联合组(大承气汤联合穴位贴敷组),各27例.比较3组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、实验室指标变化,比较3组不良反应发生情况.结果 联合组临床疗效优于大承气汤组及穴位贴敷组(P＜0.05);治疗后3组恶心呕吐、胃脘胀满、剧烈腹痛、口渴少饮评分下降(P＜0.05),联合组低于大承气汤组与穴位贴敷组(P＜0.05);治疗后3组血淀粉酶(AMS)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)、C反应蛋白(CRP)显著下降(P＜0.05),联合组低于大承气汤组与穴位贴敷组(P＜0.05);3组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 大承气汤联合穴位贴敷治疗急性胰腺炎疗效显著,可有效改善临床症状,增强胃肠道动力,促进胃肠功能恢复.
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Dachengqi Tang combined with acupoint applications in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 81 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were enrolled for the study.They were randomly divided into a Dachengqi Tang group,an acupoint application group,and a combined group(Dachengqi Tang combined with acupoint applications),with 27 patients in each group.The treatment effect,TCM syndrome scores,laboratory indicators before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions after treatment were compared among the three groups.Results The treatment effect of the combined group was better than that of the Dachengqi Tang group and the acupoint application group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of nausea,vomiting,epigastric fullness,severe abdominal pain,thirst,and insufficient drinking were significantly decreased in the three groups of patients(P<0.05),and these scores in the combined group were lower than those in the Dachengqi Tang group and the acupoint application group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood amylase(AMS),diamine oxidase(DAO),and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the three groups were significantly decreased compared to before treatment,and the combined group was lower than the Dachengqi Tang group and the acupoint application group,with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Dachengqi Tang and acupoint applications has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of acute pancreatitis,which can effectively improve patients'clinical symptoms,enhance their gastrointestinal motility,and promote the recovery of their gastrointestinal function,suitable for clinical use.
