Construction of a system for the state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation in lung cancer
The"state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation"is a new strategy for the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine proposed by Academician Tong Xiaolin,whose connotation lies in the combination of"classification-stage-syndrome"and the combination of"macroscopic state regulating and microscopic syndrome targeting"as a novel syndrome differentiation and treatment mode on the basis of modern diagnosis.Based on the therapeutic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in intervening lung cancer,and guided by the theory of"state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation",this article means to clarify the temporal evolution trajectory and macro-micro change characteristics of lung cancer in its occurrence and development,dividing the process of lung cancer into four states of"depression,phlegm,blood stasis,and weakness",and identifying specific syndromes under each state.Based on clinical experience and modern pharmacological research results in this respect,the study tries to determine corresponding target prescriptions and target drugs for those syndromes,and to construct a system for the lung cancer state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation,in a bid to provide new ideas for traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
