摘要
老年痴呆病位在脑,为本虚标实之证,以心、脾、肾三脏虚损为主要病机,故基于"心-脾-肾"轴理论,针对不同证候表现,在辨证治疗的基础上,给予角药配伍组合治疗,分别以"当归-炒白术-益智仁"补虚生髓、"郁金-沉香-川牛膝"养血祛瘀、"石菖蒲-半夏-黄柏"祛痰化浊、"莲子心-茯苓-远志"交通心肾为主要代表,综合遣方用药以复脑神清明.
Abstract
Alzheimer's disease is located in the brain and is a syndrome of deficiency in root and excess in manifestations,with the deficiency in the heart,spleen,and kidney as its main pathogenesis.Therefore,based on the theory of the"heart-spleen-kidney"axis,according to its different symptoms,a combination therapy of triplet medicines can be given in its treatment on the basis of syndrome differentiation.The main representative formula include triplet medicines of"Chinese angelic,fried largehead atractylodes rhizome,seeds of sharp-leaf glangal fruit"for tonifying deficiency and nourishing brain marrow,"turmeric root tuber,Chinese eaglewood,medicinal cyathula root"for nourishing blood and removing blood stasis,"grassleaf sweetflag rhizomule,pinellia tuber,amur cork tree"for expelling phlegm and resolving turbidity,and"lotus plume,Indian bread,milkwort root"for restoring the normal coordination between the heart and kidney.These formula and medications are flexibly selected to restore the tranquility in the mind,and spirit.
