摘要
角药是三味中药的精巧组合,是中药方剂配伍的核心.杨文信擅长使用角药治疗皮肤病,对于热入营血所致的皮肤病,使用角药"玄参、生地黄、大青叶";对于面部痤疮、疖疔等,皮损表现为红肿热痛的丘疹、脓头、结节时,使用角药"夏枯草、连翘、蒲公英";对于湿浊久郁、皮肤失养所致的皮肤病,使用角药"薏苡仁、败酱草、制附子".文中附有病案3则以佐证.
Abstract
Triplet medicines refer to a delicate combination of three kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,and it is the core of compatibility in traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.Professor Yang Wenxin is expert at using triplet medicines to treat skin diseases.The triplet medicines of"figwort root,unprocessed rehmmania root,dyers woad leaf"can be used for skin diseases caused by heat invading the nutrient and blood phases.The triplet medicines of"common selfheal fruit-spike,weeping forsythia capsule"can be used for facial acne,furuncle,and other skin lesions such as papules,pus heads,and nodules with symptoms of redness,swelling,heat and pain.The triplet medicines of"coix seeds,atrina glass,prepared common monkshood branched root"are used for skin diseases caused by damp turbidity and prolonged depression,as well as skin malnutrition.Three medical records are attached in the paper as evidence.
