捣刺法是王富春教授临床常用手法之一.是一种以腕关节的快速颤动,带动针体在一定深度内进行小幅度、快频率的提插手法.以此来发挥催气、行气作用,以达疏通经络、扶正祛邪之功.王富春临床常应用捣刺法治疗急证、热证、实证等疾病,临床效果显著.
Abstract
Pounding,one of the common acupuncture techniques used by Professor Wang Fuchun in his clinical practice,is a manipulation that vibrates the wrist joint rapidly to drive the needle body to carry out a small-amplitude yet high-frequency lifting-thrusting within a designated depth.The method can help induce qi and promote qi movement,so as to unblock the meridians and strengthen vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factors.Professor Wang Fuchun often applies pounding in clinical practice to treat diseases involving an acute syndrome,a heat syndrome,or an excess syndrome,etc.,with significant clinical effects.
