Clinical efficacy of Wenpi Xiaoyong Sanjie Tang in the treatment of interstitial lung disease with the syndrome of stasis-toxin transforming into carbuncles due to deficient cold in the spleen and kidney
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenpi Xiaoyong Sanjie Tang in the treatment of interstitial lung disease with the syndrome of stasis-toxin transforming into carbuncles due to deficient cold in the spleen and kidney.Methods A total of 72 patients with interstitial lung disease who visited the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 36 patients in each group.The treatment group took Wenpi Xiaoyong Sanjie Tang orally,while the control group took orally acetylcysteine effervescent tablets,600 mg each time,three times a day.After 4 weeks,the patients'symptoms,lung function,whole lung CT scores,6-minute walking distance,and respiratory distress CAT scores were observed in both groups.Results The total effective rate was 91.67%in the treatment group,which was better than that in the control group(58.33%,P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed an improvement in the lung function scores,whole lung CT scores,6-minute walking distance,and respiratory distress CAT scores compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenpi Xiaoyong Sanjie Tang has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of interstitial lung disease and is worthy of promotion.
