摘要

基于本草考证,水蛭功能主要为破血逐瘀和活血通络;用药形式以水煎剂和研末为主;现代水煎剂用量2~20g,研末用量1~10g,古今均超出药典规定剂量,剂量选择与临床用药目的、用药形式相关,破血逐瘀之功用量常高于活血通络之功用量,水煎剂用量高于粉剂.水蛭的临床剂量具有一定的研究价值,《中华人民共和国药典》规定剂量有一定的局限性,临床应用应因人、因证、因时制宜给予最佳剂量.

Abstract

Based on a textual research on medicinal works,it is concluded that the main functions of leech feature dissipating blood stasis,promoting blood circulation to unblock collaterals,while its main forms of medication mainly include decoction and powder.In modern clinical practices,its dosage in the form of decoction usually ranges from 2g to 20g,while in terms of the form of powder from l g to 10 g,both exceeding the dosages specified in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The specific dosage is related to its clinical medication purposes and the forms of administration.For example,its dosage is often higher when used for dissipating blood stasis than that for promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals,and its dosage in the form of decoction is higher than that in the form of powder.It is of value to carry out studies on the clinical dosage of leech as its dosages specified in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia have certain limitations.Therefore,its optimal dosage should be determined in clinic according to the specific conditions of a patient,the specific syndromes,and the specific time.
