Diabetes complicated with anal fistula is a common difficult problem in clinical practice.In the treatment of patients with diabetes complicated with anal fistula,a disorder of qi and blood after surgery has a significant influence on the disease treatment as qi and blood fail to warmly nourish wound surfaces,leading to a poor healing.In this respect,traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages,which can effectively relieve postoperative pain and improve the treatment effect.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the application effect of TCM treatment schemes for diabetes complicated with anal fistula under the theoretical guidance of the"holistic view"of traditional Chinese medicine.
