Exploring the role of pyroptosis in severe acute pancreatitis-associated lung injury based on the theory of"lung and large intestine forming an exterior-interior relationship"
Pyroptosis is a kind of programmed cell death,which regulates the expression of inflammatory factors and mediates inflammatory reactions.Severe acute pancreatitis is an inflammatory disease,with lung injury as its common and initial complication.Based on the theory of"the lung and the large intestine forming an exterior-interior relationship",combined with modern research on"intestinal flora"and"pancreas-intestine-lung axis",this paper explores the pathological process of severe acute pancreatitis-associated lung injury,approaching a new target of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine from the micro-relationship between its pathogenesis of"dampness,heat,toxins,blood stasis"and pyroptosis.
