摘要
南征教授认为"毒损肾络,邪伏膜原"是消渴肾衰的病机关键.燥、热、湿、浊、寒、郁、瘀等诸邪胶着不解,互结为瘀毒.南征教授主张从"瘀毒"论治消渴肾衰,并制定了解毒通络,搜风导邪的治疗大法.文章将南征教授学术思想进行总结,并附验案一则,以期为临床治疗该疾病提供新的诊疗思路.
Abstract
According to Professor Nan Zheng,the core pathogeneses of consupmtive thirst combined with renal failure lie in toxin damaging the renal meridians and pathogens lurking in membrane.Dryness,heat,dampness,turbidity,cold,depression,stasis and other pathogens are intermingled,turning into stasis-toxin.Nan Zheng advocates treating consupmtive thirst combined with renal failure based on the theory of"stasis-toxin",and proposes the treatment methods of detoxification for dredging collaterals,dispelling pathogenic wind for driving away pathogens.The article summarizes Professor Nan Zheng's academic thoughts,with a case attached at the end,aimed at providing a new idea for the clinical treatment of this disease.
