摘要

目的 鉴别薄荷、翻白草、鸡骨草、大蓟4种全草类中药材及其常见混伪品的微性状特征,并分析上述中药材的药理作用.方法 采用体视显微镜对薄荷、翻白草、鸡骨草、大蓟4种全草类中药材的茎、叶、花、果实及种子等部位进行观察,并拍照记录,找到正品与混伪品的微性状鉴别要点,同时分析上述中药材的药理作用.结果 各药材及其混伪品的微性状特征存在明显差异,可使用微性状鉴别法进行区别鉴定,且各药材的化学成分各异,药理作用各有不同.结论 微性状鉴别法简便经济,可用于全草类中药材的真伪鉴别,且各药材药理作用广泛,适宜在基层进行推广应用,以提高中药材质量,保障临床用药安全可靠.

Abstract

Objective To identify the microscopic characteristics of four kinds of medicinal Chinese herbs,namely pepermint,diversecolor cinquetoil,canton love-pea vine and Japanese thistle herb or root,and their common counterfeit products,and analyze their pharmacological effects.Methods A stereomicroscope was used to observe the stems,leaves,flowers and fruits and seeds of the four medicinal herbs,and their photographs were taken for recording,so as to find out the main points of the microscopic characteristics differentiating the genuine products from those counterfeit products,and to analyze their pharmacological effects.Results There were obvious differences in the microscopic characteristics of the four herbs and their counterfeits,which could be differentiated and identified using the microscopic characteristics identification method,and each herb had different chemical compositions and different pharmacological effects.Conclusion The microscopic characteristics identification method is simple and economical,and can be used to identify the authenticity of medicinal herbs.The four herbs have a wide range of pharmacological effects,and are suitable for promotion and application at the grassroots level to improve the quality of Chinese medicinal materials and ensure the safety and reliability of clinical medication.
