Diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)is one of the major causes for infertility in women of childbearing age.Acupuncture has a certain effect in improving the internal ovarian environment and reproductive endocrine in patients with DOR.It is found that acupuncture can regulate the internal ovarian environment,hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis,hemodynamics,immune molecules,and oxidative stress,providing a new idea for the DOR treatment with acupuncture.
