基于区块链的集疏港"共享集卡"车队联盟运营机制

针对目前共享集卡车队联盟运营中存在的问题,构建了基于区块链的"共享集卡"车队联盟运营机制.为消除成员对信息安全的担忧,将联盟链相关技术应用在集疏港业务流程设计中,通过P2P网络实现信息"点对点"传输,通过基于节点权限的信息共享机制来保障所有成员的信息安全.为保证联盟中任务与收益分配的公平性,设计了"共享集卡"车队联盟交易流程,并将集卡协同调度规则写入智能合约,设置响应条件触发合约自动执行,避免成员舞弊行为;提出基于Shapley值法的收益分配策略,按照任务共享车队与实际执行车队的贡献分配任务收益,为联盟的长久发展奠定基础.
The Operation Mechanism of 'Shared Container Trucks' Fleet Alliances for Port Collection and Distribution Based on the Blockchain
In response to the problems existing in the current operation of shared container truck fleet alli-ances,a blockchain-based'shared container truck'fleet alliance operation mechanism is constructed.To ad-dress members'concerns about information security,alliance chain related technologies are applied in the de-sign of the processes of collection and distribution operations at container terminals,enabling information'peer-to-peer'transmission through a P2P network and ensuring information security for all members through a node permission-based information sharing mechanism.To ensure the fairness of task and benefit distribution in the alliance,a'shared truck'fleet alliance transaction process was designed,and the truck scheduling rules were written into the smart contract.Response conditions were set to trigger automatic contract execution,avoiding member cheating behavior.A revenue sharing strategy based on the Shapley value method was proposed,which allocates task revenue according to the contributions of task sharing fleets and actual executing fleets,laying the foundation for the long-term development of the'shared truck'fleet alliance.
