Hopf Bifurcation and Stability for a Chemical Reaction Model with Saturated Output
In this paper,a chemical reaction model with saturated output and homogeneous Neumann boundary conditions was considered.Firstly, the stability of the positive equilibrium for the ordinary differential system was discussed, and the existence, direction and stability of Hopf bifurcation were analyzed.Secondly, the Turing instability and Hopf bifurcation were established in the corresponding reaction-diffusion system. Finally, some numerical simulations were carried out with the help of Matlab software to verify the theoretical results.
