摘要

针对超声电源动态匹配技术的计算方法比较复杂的问题,提出了一种基于压电换能器参数的动态T型匹配方法及系统.该方法从超声换能器的串联等效电路参数入手,利用上位机实现数据拟合从而计算出等效电路参数后,进一步得到谐振频率与T型匹配电路元件的参数,并利用下位机与继电器对匹配电路进行调节.对此系统进行仿真验证,得到的数据准确性较好,计算速度快.

Abstract

This paper proposes a dynamic T-shaped matching method and system based on piezoelectric transducer parameters to address the complex calculation method of ultrasound power dynamic matching tech-nology.The equivalent circuit parameters can be obtained by data fitting using upper computer,which crosses the equivalent circuit parameters of the ultrasonic transducer,then the parameters of the resonant frequency and T-type matching circuit elements can be determined and the matching circuit can be determined by lower com-puter and relays.The simulation results show that the data accuracy of this method is good,and the calculation speed is improved compared with those the existing calculation methods.
