中国共产党执政话语体系作为一种指导性认知范式,承担了意识形态解释、动员、整合等基础性功能,是实现党的执政行为赢得广泛社会支持目的的有效价值系统.新时代党的执政话语体系变迁与调适中,从总体上不能抽离国家利益和公众利益的基本范畴.新时代党的执政话语体系包括人民立场、政党使命、社会公平、国家建设、民族复兴等主要表达内容以及相应独特鲜明的特征,它们在一定意义上直观反映了执政话语体系的转型走向.
Abstract
As a guiding cognitive paradigm,the ruling discourse system of the CPC undertakes the basic functions of ideo-logical interpretation,mobilization and integration,and is an effective value system to achieve the goal of the Party's ruling behav-ior to win widespread social support.The ruling discourse system of the Party in the new era,in the course of its transformation and adjustment,cannot be separated,in general,from the basic categories of national interests and public interests.It includes the main expressions of people's stance,Party's mission,social equity,national construction,national rejuvenation,and their corresponding distinct characteristics,which in a certain sense directly reflect the transformation direction of the ruling discourse system.
