摘要
自工业革命以来,随着技术的不断超越式演进,技术加速带来了社会变迁与日常生活节奏的不断加速,在人与技术的关系以及技术的日常生活化层面上,我们可以对后人类文化状况进行指认.脑机接口技术作为后人类时代新兴增强技术的进一步发展方向,使得人在增强与改造的意义上逐步成为超人类或后人类,其改写着人们的身体感知,使得既有的人类伦理体系开始松动,展现出后人类新伦理语境.脑机接口作为一项应用前景广泛的高新技术,在我国的发展得到了国家政策的大力支持,其不断致力于改变人们的生活方式,为产业发展赋能,为当代中国的全新媒介技术景观注入新活力.
Abstract
Since the Industrial Revolution,the acceleration of technology has brought about the constant acceleration of so-cial change and the pace of daily life with the continuous evolution of technology.In terms of man-and-technology and the technology for daily life,we can identify the post-human culture condition.As a further development direction of the emerging enhanced technology in the post-human era,brain-computer interface technology makes man gradually become superhuman or post-human in the sense of enhancement and transformation,which rewrites people's body perception,loosens the existing hu-man ethical system,and shows a new ethical context of post-human beings.As a high-tech with wide application prospects,brain-computer interface has been strongly supported by national policies in its development in China.It is constantly committed to changing people's way of life,empowering industrial development,and injecting new vitality into the new media technology of contemporary China.
