Improving the career stability of low-income groups is a feasible way to build a long-term mechanism for common prosperity.Its mechanism is that maintaining career stability and reducing job mobility will help to improve skills and job rank,so as to improve wage income.Taking the new generation of migrant workers in H District of X City,Fujian Province as the a-nalysis sample,through empirical research,it can be found that in addition to the traditional factors such as age,marriage,in-come and education,the internal work resilience of the new generation of migrant workers also plays a positive role in promoting career stability,and organizational learning plays an intermediary role through work resilience.The potential enlightenment of the research results is that we need to continue to adhere to the concept of Ambition Precedes Prosperity,improving the work re-silience of low-income groups such as the new generation of migrant workers,so as to realize common prosperity.
