摘要
创业意图是创业行为的预测指标.为了探索调节定向对创业意图的影响机制,本研究基于调节定向理论和情绪信息理论,以MBA学生为研究对象,对调研得到的183 份问卷数据进行分析.研究结果显示:机会评价在促进定向和创业意图中起中介作用,情绪和机会评价在调节定向和创业意图之间起到链式中介作用.研究揭示的传导机理,对创业意图的相关研究有突出的理论启示,进一步完善了创业理论,并且有助于探寻调节定向转化为创业意愿的有效途径,具有一定的现实意义.
Abstract
Entrepreneurial intention is a predictive indicator of entrepreneurial behavior.In order to explore the effect of regulatory focus on entrepreneurial intention,the study analyzed 183 questionnaire data collected based on regulatory focus theory and emotion-as-information theory,taking MBA as the research object.The results showed:opportunity evaluation played a mediating role in promotion focus and entrepreneurial intention,emotions and opportunity evaluation played a chain mediating role between regulatory focus and entrepreneurial intention.The transmission mechanisms revealed by the research have promi-nent theoretical implications for research on entrepreneurial intention,improve entrepreneurial theory,and help to explore effec-tive ways to transform regulatory focus into entrepreneurial intention,which has important practical significance.
