摘要
从认知向度来看,尊重历史规律、顺应历史潮流的历史担当,锚定历史方位、把握发展脉络的时代担当,坚定斗争意志、直面风险挑战的责任担当,坚守历史自觉、勇于自我革命的政治担当,构成了中国共产党历史主动精神的主要思想内涵.就情感维度而言,为人民谋幸福的人民担当情怀,为国家谋富强的国家担当情怀,为民族谋复兴的民族担当情怀,为世界谋大同的天下担当情怀,是中国共产党历史主动精神得以孕育生成的内在情感支撑.在具体实践中,勇于担当,赢得历史主动;善于担当,掌握历史主动;乐于担当,增强历史主动,是新时代新征程落实中国共产党历史主动精神的有效路径.
Abstract
From a cognitive perspective,it is the historical responsibility to respect the laws of history and conform to the historical trend;the responsibility of the times to anchor the historical position and grasp the context of development;the respon-sibility to strengthen the will to fight and face risks and challenges;to adhere to the political responsibility of historical conscious-ness and the courage of self-revolution.These constitute the main ideological connotation of the historical initiative of the CPC.In terms of the emotional dimension,the feelings of responsibility for the people are to seek happiness for the people,the feel-ings of responsibility for the country are to seek prosperity and strength for the country,the feelings of national responsibility are to seek rejuvenation of the nation,and the feelings of responsibility for the world are to seek harmony for the world.These are the inner emotional supports that nurture the historical initiative of the CPC.In specific practice,having the courage to take re-sponsibility and winning the historical initiative,being good at taking responsibility and grasping the historical initiative,being willing to take responsibility and strengthening the historical initiative,all these are effective ways to implement the historical ini-tiative spirit of the CPC in the new era and new journey.
