价值链重构下数实融合的运行机制与路径研究

摘要
从价值链重构视角下分析,数字经济与实体经济深度融合的过程,其本质上是原有价值链受到数字技术的"创造性破坏"后实现重新排列和整合的过程.因此,从价值链重构视角下分析,数字经济与实体经济深度融合其实"融"的就是"价值链".通过对数字经济与传统制造业深度融合过程中产品链、生产链、营销链和全价值链协同深度融合的运行机制分析和研究,同时,在对数字经济与传统制造业融合的3 种方式——产业价值渗透、产业价值交叉和产业价值重组探讨的基础上,总结了数字经济与传统制造业深度融合成长路径,为我国传统制造业的数字化转型提供一定的理论依据和现实指导.
Abstract
From the perspective of value chain reconstruction,the process of deep integration of digital economy and real e-conomy is in essence a process of reorganization and integration of the original value chain after"the creative destruction"of dig-ital technology.Therefore,from the perspective of value chain reconstruction,the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy is actually the integration of the value chain.Through the analysis of the operation mechanism of the deep inte-gration of the product chain,production chain,marketing chain and the full value chain in the process of the deep integration of digital economy and traditional manufacturing industry,at the same time,on the basis of the three ways of the integration of dig-ital economy and traditional manufacturing industry—industrial value penetration,the intersection of industrial value and indus-trial value restructuring,the deep integration and growth path of digital economy and traditional manufacturing industry are sum-marized.This paper provides certain theoretical basis and practical guidance for the digital transformation of China's traditional manufacturing industry.
