Reflections on the Construction of Public Cultural Service System in Rural Governance
Public cultural service is an important tool for rural governance,an important support for making up for the shortcomings of rural cultural development,an important way to break the bottleneck of grassroots cultural govern-ance,and a fundamental supporting role for truly opening up the"last mile"of rural governance.In view of the current practical difficulties in the construction of public cultural service system in rural governance,such as uneven distribu-tion of resources,relatively single service content,imperfect management system,and challenges of cultural inherit-ance,this paper believes that a more complete rural public cultural service system can be constructed through impor-tant measures such as optimizing resource allocation,diversifying service content,establishing an effective management mechanism,and strengthening the cultural inheritance and protection.
