Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China issue the＜Development Plan of Construction Industry in the 14th Five-Year-Plan＞,which puts forward the main tasks of vigorously developing prefabricated buildings and promoting the intelligent upgrading of production and construction.However,the prefabricated frame beams currently used in China have some problems,such as large span,high self-weight,high hoisting cost,easy reinforce-ment collision at the joints and difficult hoisting and positioning,which limit the development of prefab-ricated building structures.Combined with the actual project,this paper will propose a new type of fab-ricated steel-concrete composite frame beam,and analyze the structural measures,connection mode and safety of the composite beam,so as to provide a new splitting scheme for the detailed design of frame beams in prefabricated buildings such as fabricated frame structure and frame shear wall struc-ture.
