As data mining technology is increasingly used in the educational field,how to achieve knowledge discovery is an urgent research project.Based on this,the use of related rules for a university 2021 scientific research project declaration information data mining,through the project related person-nel title,education,project level,research basis and project of the correlation between statistical analy-sis,for teachers to declare project,school research management decisions,increase the success rate of project declaration,and improve the overall scientific research level of colleges and universities.
