基于Fluent的超重力场煤泥浮前脱泥设备结构内部流场仿真模拟

研发一种新型超重力场煤泥水浮选前脱泥设备,通过Fluent软件对影响设备脱泥效果的五单因素即沉降槽板角度、沉降槽板上下比例、沉降槽板槽深、沉降槽板半径及排料挡板角度进行模拟仿真得出最佳的结构尺寸,结果表明:沉降槽板角度为45°,沉降槽板上下比例为1∶3,沉降槽板槽深为3cm,沉降槽板半径为13cm,排料挡板角度为60°时,设备具有较好的脱泥效果.
Simulation of the Internal Flow Field of the High Gravity Field Pre Floating Desliming Equipment Structure Based on Fluent
Research and development of a new type of superheavy force field slime removal equip-ment before water flotation,and thefive single factors affecting the desliming effect of the equipment were simulated by Fluent software,namely the Angle of settling trough plate,the upper and lower ratio of settling trough plate,the depth of settling trough plate,the radius of settling trough plate and the Angle of discharge baffle,and the optimal structure size was obtained.The results showed that the An-gle of settling trough plate was 45°,and the upper and lower ratio of settling trough plate was 1:3.When the depth of the settling trough plate is 3cm,the radius of the settling trough plate is 13cm and the Angle of the discharge baffle is 60°,the equipment has a good desliming effect.
