Mechanism Analysis of Water-ring Vacuum Slag Separation on Okura Surface Based on Numerical Simulation and Experimental Research
Based on the water ring vacuum slag treatment process of Okura surface,the main e-quipment in the process was designed and calculated.The three-dimensional model is established by u-sing FLUENT software and numerical simulation is carried out.The reliability of the model is verified by comparing with the experimental data.On this basis,the structure parameters and operating param-eters of the slag chamber were optimized from the distribution of gas flow field,particle movement traj-ectory and temperature field,and the best operating conditions were obtained.Finally,a single factor test was carried out on four variables affecting the dewatering effect:drum speed,inlet wind speed,vac-uum degree and feed concentration,and the influence of each factor on the dewatering rate was investi-gated.
