Analysis on Influencing Factors of Industrial Workerization of Migrant Workers Under the Background of Construction Industrialization
In recent years,with the continuous promotion of construction industrialization,pre-fabricated building type is being pushed vigorously.The new generation of migrant workers,as the main practitioners in China's construction industry,can't meet the demand for industrial workers in con-struction industrialization at present.However,the transformation of the new generation of migrant workers into industrial workers is affected by many factors.In this context,firstly,a four-dimension index system of influencing factors was constructed through literature analysis,expert interviews and other methods.Then,the principal component factor analysis method was used to quantitatively analyze the index system.Then,the ISM model was used to establish a seven-level hierarchical structure of in-fluencing factors,and the surface,middle and deep influencing factors were determined.
