正交试验优化枇杷叶三帖酸类化学成分提取工艺研究

本研究旨在优化枇杷叶三帖酸提取工艺.采用正交试验判断提取液中熊果酸和齐墩果酸总浓度,采用HPLC测定含量,得到最优提取方法.结果显示,枇杷叶中熊果酸和齐墩果酸最佳提取工艺为:回流提取法、提取溶剂为90%乙醇、提取温度70℃,提取液料比10∶1,提取1次,每次1h.该优化工艺稳定合理,可获得相对高浓度熊果酸和齐墩果酸.
Orthogonal Experiment to Optimize the Extraction Process of Trisite Acid Chemical Components of Loquat Leaf
The aim of this study was to optimize the extraction process of ursolic acid and oleanol-ic acid from Eriobotrya japonica.Orthogonal test was used to determine the total concentration of ursol-ic acid and oleanolic acid in the extract.The content was determined by HPLC.The results showed that the optimal extraction process of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid from Eriobotrya japonica was:reflux ex-traction method,90%ethanol as the extraction solvent,extraction temperature 70℃,liquid-to-solid ratio 10:1,extracted once for 1h each time.This optimized process is stable and reasonable,and can ob-tain a relatively high concentration of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid.
