肥胖大鼠低氧训练中MDA、GSH-Px与瘦素相关性研究

为明确不同模式低氧训练对肥胖大鼠自由基代谢的影响,探讨低氧训练过程中 自由基代谢与瘦素敏感性的关系.建立肥胖大鼠模型,定期称量大鼠体重,实验末称量并统计其体脂,测定瘦素、MDA和GSH-Px水平.实验结果表明,低氧暴露和低氧暴露下耐力训练都能提高机体氧化应激水平,低氧运动对机体瘦素抵抗有良好的影响.大鼠血清瘦素水平与丙二醛、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平显著相关,说明机体自由基代谢与瘦素及其敏感性相关.
Study on the Relationship Among Leptin and MDA,GSH-Px of the Obesity Rats Under Hypoxic Training
To clarify the effects of different modes of hypoxic training on free radical metabolism in obese rats,and to explore the relationship between free radical metabolism and leptin sensitivity dur-ing hypoxic training.This study establishes an obese rat model,weighed the rats regularly,weighed and counted their body fat at the end of the experiment,and measured leptin,MDA and GSH-Px lev-els.The experimental results showed that both hypoxic exposure and endurance training under hypoxic exposure could increase the level of oxidative stress in the body,and hypoxic exercise had a good effect on leptin resistance in the body.The Serum leptin levels in rats were significantly correlated with ma-londialdehyde and glutathione peroxidase levels,suggesting that the body's free radical metabolism is re-lated to leptin and its sensitivity.
