地热多孔物料微波冷冻干燥过程的多物理场分析研究

以甘露醇与乳糖等为原材料,利用液氮制备冰激凌法,制备不同初始饱和度的地热多孔物料;通过多功能微波冷冻干燥装置,冷冻干燥处理制备的地热多孔物料,建立地热多孔物料干燥过程的多物理场分析模型,并设计对应的定解条件;通过COMSOL多物理场仿真软件,结合定解条件,求解多物理场分析模型,完成不同初始饱和度与不同微波功率等条件时的物理场分析,验证地热多孔物料微波冷冻干燥过程多物理场的影响.
Multi Physical Field Analysis of Microwave Freeze-drying Process for Geothermal Porous Materials
Using mannitol and lactose as raw materials,ice cream was prepared using liquid ni-trogen to prepare geothermal porous materials with different initial saturations.By using a multifunc-tional microwave freeze-drying device,the geothermal porous material prepared is freeze-dried,es-tablish a multi physical field analysis model for the drying process of geothermal porous materials,and design corresponding solution conditions.By using COMSOL multi physical field simulation software and combining with definite solution conditions,a multi physical field analysis model is solved to com-plete physical field analysis under different initial saturation and microwave power conditions.
