矿用单轨吊气动道岔的结构设计与研究

我国煤炭现代化高速发展,生产规模也日益增大,所需设备的自动化、机械化程度也越来越高,但使用的辅助运输系统却十分落后.为了克服上述困扰,提出了一种带有气动道岔的单轨吊辅助运输设备,能够克服卡轨车运输条件的限制,使得多条巷道能够连通使用.这种设备在多弯道、多起伏的巷道中具有较高的灵活性和适应性,对于优化运输环境、提升运输效率、确保运输安全具有重大的实际价值.其结构设计包含道岔部分,其中道岔部分主要由道岔直轨、弯轨和气缸构成.首先通过SOLIDWORKS进行三维建模,再通过ANSYS WORKBENCH对轨道部分进行有限元静力学分析,可以直观的呈现出轨道受力变形情况.
Structural Design and Research of Pneumatic Turnouts for Mining Monorail Cranes
With the rapid development of coal modernization in China,the scale of production is al-so increasing,and the degree of automation and mechanization of the required equipment is also getting higher and higher,but the auxiliary transportation system used is very backward.In order to overcome the above problems,a monorail crane auxiliary transportation equipment with pneumatic turnout is pro-posed,which can overcome the limitation of the transportation conditions of the rail car,so that a plu-rality of roadways can be connected and used.This kind of equipment has high flexibility and adaptabili-ty in multi-curve and multi-undulating roadways,and has great practical value for optimizing the transportation environment,improving transportation efficiency and ensuring transportation safety.Its structural design includes a turnout part,in which the turnout part is mainly composed of a turnout straight rail,a curved rail and a cylinder.Firstly,three-dimensional modeling was carried out through SOLIDWORKS,and then finite element statics analysis of the track was carried out by ANSYS WORK-BENCH,which can intuitively present the stress and deformation of the track.
