双电机纯电动汽车传动比优化研究

为了提升前后轴双电机汽车的动力性能,对前后轴的传动比变化对加速性能的影响进行了研究,并结合能耗进行综合评价.研究结果显示,通过Cruise软件对不同组传动比进行仿真,并将结果进行对比,最优的前后轴传动比组合被选定,从而将百公里加速时间缩短至7.49秒,并使NEDC循环工况下的能耗达到1.38kWh.此外,最高车速和最大爬坡度也得以显著提升.
Research on Optimization of Two-motor Vehicle Transmission Tatio Based on Cruise
In order to improve the power performance of dual-motor vehicles with front and rear axles,the influence of the change of the transmission ratio of front and rear axles on the acceleration performance was studied,and the comprehensive evaluation was made based on the energy consump-tion.The research results show that:Cruise software is used to simulate different sets of transmission ratios and compare the results.The optimal set of front-rear shaft transmission ratios is selected,the acceleration time of 100 km is increased to 7.49s,the energy consumption in NEDC cycle condition is 1.38kWh,and the maximum speed and maximum climb are improved.
