摘要

空调温度一直在用户体验中起着举足轻重的作用.如何保存空调温度,提升空调制热效率,成了研究者们关心的问题.以柜式空调的扇叶结构为研究对象,在三维软件中建立简要计算模型,并运用有限元仿真软件来分别对原扇叶与优化结构后的扇叶进行模拟实验仿真.较原扇叶,优化结构后的扇叶的房间截面温度图较为均匀,速度矢量也更为密集且数量较多,房间内的平均温度提升了约1.6K.仿真实验结果表明,更改扇叶的结构形状可以有效改善房间气流及温度场,从而提高温度,满足人们对空调舒适性的要求.

Abstract

The temperature of air conditioning has always played a crucial role in user experience.How to maintain the air conditioning temperature and improve the heating efficiency has become a con-cern for researchers.Taking the fan blade structure of a cabinet air conditioner as the research object,a brief calculation model is established in three-dimensional software.Finite element simulation software is then employed to simulate experiments on both the original fan blade and the fan blade with optimized structure.Compared to the original fan blade,the temperature distribution in the room section of the optimized fan blade is more uniform,and the velocity vectors are denser and more numerous.The aver-age temperature in the room has increased by approximately 1.6 K.Simulation experiment results indi-cate that altering the shape of the fan blade structure can effectively improve the airflow and temperature field in the room,thereby enhancing the temperature and meeting people's requirements for air condi-tioning comfort.
