空气压缩机隔振装置设计及隔振性能分析

针对空气压缩机隔振装置匹配难度大、周期长、精度低等问题,设计了一种六点悬挂式弹簧隔振装置,利用CATIA软件建立隔振装置的三维几何模型,借助ANSYS和MATLAB软件建立隔振装置的分析模型,并进行谐响应分析和隔振分析.结果表明:空气压缩机隔振后位移响应峰值和速度响应峰值显著降低,说明所设计的隔振装置具有较好的隔振效果,可以为空气压缩机隔振研究提供参考.
Design and Performance Analysis of Vibration Isolation Device for Air Compressor
A six point suspension spring isolation device was designed to address the issues of dif-ficult matching,long cycle,and low accuracy of the air compressor isolation device.The three-dimen-sional geometric model of the isolation device was established using CATIA software,and the analysis model of the isolation device was established using ANSYS and MATLAB software.Harmonic response analysis and isolation analysis were conducted.The results show that the displacement response peak and velocity response peak of the air compressor significantly decrease after vibration isolation,indica-ting that the designed vibration isolation device has good vibration isolation effect and can provide refer-ence for the vibration isolation research of the air compressor.
