带插板的焊接空心球支座节点的力学性能分析

以合肥南方水泥熟料库为背景,提出了一种新型的带插板焊接空心球支座节点,并通过有限元分析软件对支座节点进行数值分析,确定新型支座节点的力学特性和关键设计控制参数.结果表明,增加插板宽、高能有效提高支座节点的承载力、刚度;在一定范围内增加插板厚度可以提高支座节点的承载力、刚度,当插板厚度比焊接空心球壁厚2mm-4mm时,再增加插板厚度,对支座节点的承载力、刚度影响不大;增加钢管与插板的连接长度对支座节点的承载力、刚度影响不大.
Analysis of Mechanical Properties of Welded Hollow Ball Support Joints with Insert Plates
Based on the background of Hefei South Cement Clinker Warehouse,a new type of hol-low ball bearing joint with plug-in plate welding was proposed,and the numerical analysis of the sup-port joint is carried out by finite element analysis software to determine the mechanical properties and key design control parameters of the new support joint.The results show that increasing the width and height of the plug plate can effectively improve the bearing capacity and stiffness of the support joints.When the thickness of the plug plate is 2-4mm thicker than the thickness of the welded hollow ball wall,the thickness of the plug plate is increased,which has little effect on the bearing capacity and stiff-ness of the support node.Increasing the connection length between the steel pipe and the plug plate has little effect on the bearing capacity and stiffness of the support node.
