Whole-life Cycle Risk Assessment of Prefabricated Buildings Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method with Combination Empowerment
In order to enrich the whole life cycle risk evaluation theory,the risk identification and evaluation of each stage of the prefabricated building is carried out effectively,so as to reduce the proba-bility of the occurrence of risk,this paper uses literature research method and expert interview method to select 27 risk indicators of the decision-making,design,component production and transportation,construction,operation stage of the prefabricated building to establish the evaluation index system.U-sing improved analytic hierarchy process(IAHP)and entropy weight method(EWM)to determine in-dex weight,combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct evaluation model.The model was applied to a prefabricated building in Wuhan and the risk level of each stage was obtained by empirical analysis.The results show that the model is reliable,and the evaluation method is scientific and reasonable,which is of great significance to the whole life cycle risk assessment and management of the prefabricated buildings.
