摘要

分析比较药对香附-干姜及其单味药挥发油成分,应用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对挥发油成分进行分析.从单味药香附、干姜及其药对分别鉴定出45,42,62种成分.药物配伍后,药对和单味药干姜共有8种化合物,占药对含量的13.48%,药对和单味药香附共有1种化合物,占药对含量的0.73%.药对香附和干姜配伍后与其单味药挥发油化学成分相比有明显变化.

Abstract

To analyze and compare the components of volatile oil and use GC-MS.45,42,62 components were identified from single flavor,dried ginger and drug pair.After drug compatibility,there were 8 compounds in drug pair and single flavor dried ginger,accounting for 13.48%of the drug pair content,and 1 compound in drug pair and single flavor fragrance attachment,accounting for 0.73%of the drug pair content.Compared with the chemical composition of the essential oil mixed with dried ginger.
