Synthesis of Tenofovir Alafenamide Fumarate Related Substances
Tenofovir Alafenamide Fumarate(TAF)is novel nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhib-itor(NRTI)mainly used for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Impurity research is the key to drug quality research,which directly affects the safety and effectiveness of drugs.In order to control the quality standard of the tenofovir alafenamide fumarate(TAF),five related substances were designed and synthesized according to the current synthesis process.
