设计基于LabVIEW的煤矿通风控制系统.采集矿井环境数据,通过通信网络将数据传到智能控制中心,控制中心利用基于LabVIEW的功能模块分析测量矿井通风环境数据,当检测到风机、电机以及环境感知参数存在异常时,通过优化调节矿井通风网络,实现矿井合理通风,保证矿井内通风环境的安全.实验结果表明:该系统可有效感知矿井内环境参数是否达到设定标准,并对未达到设定标准参数予以报警;感知到环境数据与实际数据基本吻合;且使用较少的能量消耗就能对矿井内通风环境进行合理控制.
Mine Ventilation Intelligent Control System Based on Real-time Sensing of Environmental Data
In order to ensure the safety of the mining environment,a coal mine ventilation control system based on LabVIEW is designed.Collect mine environmental data and transmit it to the intelli-gent control center through a communication network.The control center uses LabVIEW based func-tional modules to analyze and measure the mine ventilation environment data.When abnormal fan,mo-tor,and environmental perception parameters are detected,the mine ventilation network is optimized and adjusted to achieve reasonable ventilation in the mine and ensure the safety of the ventilation envi-ronment inside the mine.The experimental results show that the system can effectively perceive wheth-er the environmental parameters in the mine meet the set standards,and give an alarm if the parameters do not meet the set standards.Perceived that the environmental data is basically consistent with the ac-tual data,and using less energy consumption can effectively control the ventilation environment in the mine.
