基于FLAC3D下新型多盘土锚抗拔承载力分析

新型多盘土锚是采用新型偏心块旋转挤土扩孔装置进行多次扩孔,在地下结构中生成空腔,在预先钻成的孔中置入钢绞线,注入水泥砂浆,待水泥砂浆硬化得到.为研究该土锚抗拔特性,将等直径土锚作为对照组,运用FLAC3D软件生成所需模型,随后对模型在不同拉力下的荷载与位移关系、荷载与轴力、荷载与锚盘承担荷载、荷载与侧摩阻力的关系进行分析.结果表明:相同大小、相同位置的荷载,在新型多盘土锚的极限抗拔承载力对比等直径土锚的极限抗拔承载力拉高了100%,新型多盘土锚的竖向位移小于等直径土锚的竖向位移.新型多盘土锚在达到极限抗拔力时,锚盘所承担的荷载达到了总荷载的36.576%.
Analysis of the Pull-out Bearing Capacity of New Multi-disc Soil Anchors Based on FLAC3D
The new multi-disc soil anchor uses a new eccentric block rotating soil-squeezing hole expansion device to expand holes multiple times to create a cavity in the underground structure.Steel strands are placed in the pre-drilled holes and cement mortar is injected.Hardening is obtained.In or-der to study the pull-out characteristics of the soil anchor,equal-diameter soil anchors were used as a control group,and FLAC3D software was used to generate the required model.Then the relationship be-tween load and displacement,load and axial force,load and anchor plate bearing load of the model under different tensile forces were analyzed,the relationship between load and side friction is analyzed.The re-sults show that:under the load of the same size and position,the ultimate pull-out bearing capacity of the new multi-disc soil anchor is 100% higher than that of the equal-diameter soil anchor.The verti-cal displacement of the new multi-disc soil anchor is less than Vertical displacement of equal diameter soil anchor.When the new multi-disc soil anchor reaches its ultimate pull-out resistance,the load borne by the anchor disc reaches 36.576% of the total load.
