Synthesis of Disubstituted Pyrrole Derivatives and Promotion of Strong Alkaline Reagent DBU
A strong basic reagent 1,8-diazadicycloundecane 7-ene was used to promote the synthesis of dissubstituted derivatives and improve the preparation efficiency of dissubstituted deriva-tives.The experimental results show that the yield of 2,4-dissubstituted pyrrole compound without u-sing strong basic reagent is 20%,and the yield of 2,4-dissubstituted pyrrole compound increases from 20% to 55% after using strong basic reagent, and increases with the increase of the use of DBU reagent, and the final yield is stable at 85%.In summary, the proposed method of promoting the synthesis of dissubstituted pyrrole derivatives with strong alkaline reagents is simple, efficient and controllable, which lays a foundation for further exploration of its application in medicine and materials science.
