Vehicle Battery Charging System for Locomotive Based on Linear Active Disturbance Rejection
In view of the complicated charging process of traditional mining accumulator electric lo-comotive,the battery needs to be lifted from the electric locomotive to the dedicated charging room for charging, and then lifted back to the electric locomotive. This charging method requires multiple sets of batteries to be replaced, which is inefficient, and the battery charging ripple is large and the quality is poor.In this paper,a kind of on-board charging control system for accumulator electric locomotive is designed, which adopt PWM rectifier and DC/DC conversion two-stage topology structure.Linear auto-disturbance rejection control is used for the voltage outer loop of the front stage PWM rectifier,cur-rent decoupling control is used for the inner loop, and constant current and constant voltage double closed loop control is used for the rear stage bidirectional DC/DC.The experimental results show that the charging control system based on linear active disturbance rejection can not only improve the char-ging efficiency, but also effectively reduce the voltage ripple, reduce the current distortion on the grid side, and improve the charging quality.
