摘要

主要介绍了如何使用Node-RED与西门子S7-1515 PLC通过S7通讯方式,实现油箱液位远程监控与邮件报警功能.首先介绍了 Node-RED和西门子S7-1515 PLC的相关技术,然后详细阐述了系统的设计与实现过程,最后对系统进行了测试与应用.该系统的成功应用为工业自动化领域提供了 一个有效的解决方案,能够实时监控油箱液位,并在超出预设范围时及时发送报警邮件,提高了生产安全和效率.

Abstract

This paper mainly introduces how to use Node-RED with Siemens S7-1515 PLC through S7 communication,to achieve remote monitoring and mail alarm function.Firstly,the related technologies of Node-RED and Siemens S7-1515 PLC are introduced,then the design and implemen-tation process of the system are elaborated,and finally the system is tested and applied.The successful application of the system provides an effective solution in the field of industrial automation,which can monitor the fuel tank level in real time and send timely alarm emails beyond the preset range,improving production safety and efficiency.
