基于EPS保温材料在建筑吸放式特性中的应用研究

为了研究常见保温材料的建筑吸放湿特性,选取以EPS为例的几种常见保温材料,展开吸放湿实验.着重研究25℃和40℃工况时的吸放湿过程及吸放湿曲线情况,并对吸放湿过程中导热系数进行测试.结果表明,在EPS第一阶段放湿时,其含湿迟滞量比在第三阶段放湿时要小很多,在EPS在第一阶段放湿到50%相对湿度时,其含湿迟滞量为0.0014 kg/kg,在第三阶段放湿到0.0027 kg/kg.EPS在40℃时吸放湿的迟滞效应可以忽略不计.
Research on the Application of EPS Insulation Material in the Characteristics of Building Suction and Discharge
In order to study the building moisture absorption and release characteristics of com-mon insulation materials,several common insulation materials,such as EPS,were selected for research and moisture absorption and release experiments were conducted.Emphasis is placed on studying the moisture absorption and desorption process and the moisture absorption and desorption curve under 25℃ and 40℃ operating conditions,and testing the thermal conductivity during the moisture absorption and desorption process.The results show that the moisture hysteresis during the first stage of EPS dehu-midification is much smaller than that during the third stage.When EPS is dehumidified to 50%relative humidity in the first stage,its moisture hysteresis is 0.0014 kg/kg,and when EPS is dehumidified to 0.0027 kg/kg in the third stage.The hysteresis effect of EPS moisture absorption and release at 40℃ can be ignored.
