摘要

四氧化三铁(Fe3O4)纳米颗粒是一种具有磁性质的纳米材料,具有许多重要的应用和特性,在催化、药物输运、生物医学和磁性记录等领域受到广泛关注.实验采用了水热法制备磁性Fe3O4纳米颗粒,以氯化亚铁为反应物,在氨水参与的条件下,系统考察了氨水配比、反应物浓度、反应温度和反应时间等关键因素对产物的影响,通过对反应产物进行水合粒径检测的结果进行比较同时对水热法的制备条件进行了筛选,简述了各制备条件于磁性Fe3O4纳米颗粒制备的最佳方案并探寻了 PEG修饰四氧化三铁的最合适分子量.

Abstract

Ferric oxide(Fe3O4)nanoparticles are a type of magnetic nanomaterial with diverse ap-plications and properties,garnering significant attention in catalysis,drug delivery,biomedicine,and magnetic recording.In this study,we employed the hydrothermal method to synthesize these nanoparti-cles using ferrous chloride as the reactant.We systematically investigated the influence of key factors such as ammonia ratio,reactant concentration,reaction temperature,and time on the product under ammonia presence.The particle size distribution of the reaction products was compared to screen for op-timal hydrothermal preparation conditions.We described the optimum synthesis of magnetic Fe3O4 nan-oparticles under various preparation conditions and explored the ideal molecular weight for PEG-modi-fied ferric oxide.
