控温高速连续镀铬技术节能减排效果分析

开发了控温高速连续镀铬技术,本文从镀铬铬酐吨钢单耗量、镀铬用电吨钢单耗量、含铬废水产生量、镀铬污泥产生量等方面,与传统六价铬电镀工艺进行了节能减排效果对比分析.控温高速连续镀铬技术的污染物排放效果:吨产品六价铬产生量0.52 kg/t,含铬废水排放量0.37 kg/t,吨产品铬酐单耗1.06 kg/t,铬酸雾排放量0.005 kg/t,含铬废渣产生量0.002 kg/t,含铬污泥产生量1.76 kg/t全部安全处置.
Analysis of Energy saving and Emission Reduction Effects of Temperature Controlled High-speed Continuous Chromium Plating Technology
A temperature controlled high-speed continuous chromium plating technology has been developed.This article compares and analyzes the energy-saving and emission reduction effects of the traditional hexavalent chromium plating process from the aspects of the consumption per ton of chro-mium plated chromium anhydride steel,the consumption per ton of chromium plated electricity per ton of steel,the production of chromium containing wastewater,and the production of chromium plated sludge.The pollutant emission effect of temperature controlled high-speed continuous chromium plat-ing technology:the production of hexavalent chromium per ton of product is 0.52 kg/t,the discharge of chromium containing wastewater is 0.37 kg/t,the unit consumption of chromic anhydride per ton of product is 1.06 kg/t,the discharge of chromic acid mist is 0.005 kg/t,the production of chromium con-taining slag is 0.002 kg/t,and the production of chromium containing sludge is 1.76 kg/t,all of which are safely disposed.
