隧道近接道路施工影响分区量化分析研究

以佛山地铁3号线南端工程为依托,通过数值试验、工程实测、理论分析三大方法对隧道近接工程进行量化分析.以新峰路路面最大竖向变形作为影响分区建立的判断依据,隧道距路面的净距与双线隧道间的间距为影响因子,根据有限元分析软件数值试验得出的路面最大竖向变形,进行回归分析,并通过推导的近接工程影响因素表达式确立分区线,获得工程实况条件下,强弱微三影响分区.针对三大影响分区所对应的尺度,提供适合的控制措施,可在经济可行的情况下,大幅度降低路面最大沉降值,控制在预警值内,保护既有构筑物的主体结构.
Quantitative Analysis and Study of the Impact of Tunnel Proximity Road Construction on Zoning
Relying on the southern end project of Foshan Metro Line 3,the quantitative analysis of the tunnel proximity project was carried out through three methods:numerical test,engineering measurement and theoretical analysis.The maximum vertical deformation of Xinfeng Road surface is used as the basis for establishing the influence zone,and the net distance between the tunnel and the road surface and the spacing between the double track tunnels are the influencing factors.Regression a-nalysis is conducted based on the maximum vertical deformation of the road surface obtained from nu-merical experiments using finite element analysis software.And by deriving the expression of the influ-encing factors of the proximity engineering,the zoning line is established to obtain the strong,weak and micro three influence zoning under the actual engineering conditions.According to the scale correspond-ing to the three impact zones,suitable control measures are provided,which can greatly reduce the max-imum settlement value of the pavement under the condition of economic feasibility,control it within the early warning value,and protect the main structure of the existing structure.
