摘要

通过设计物联网背景下的服装设计智能测量系统,改变以往人工测量、记录后手动录入电脑的低效率工作状态,令服装设计测量实现智能化.智能测量卷尺利用光电门传感器通过8位AVR单片机采集所需服装设计相关指标测量数据传送至控制模块,控制模块选取STM32F103单片机作为控制芯片控制系统测量全过程,控制模块处理后通过物联网传送至服务器端,服务器接收测量数据后通过计算机展示至用户.通过系统运行与实现检测该系统测量误差低于0.1cm,各项功能响应时间均低于50ms,具有较高的精准性以及实时性.

Abstract

Designing an intelligent measurement system for clothing design under the background of the Internet of Things,changing the inefficient working state of manual measurement and manual re-cording into the computer after recording,making the clothing design measurement intelligent.The in-telligent measuring tape uses photoelectric door sensors to collect the required measurement data of the apparel design through the 8-bit AVR single-chip microcomputer and transmits it to the control mod-ule.The control module selects the STM32F103 single-chip microcomputer as the control chip.After processing by the control module,it is transmitted to the server through the Internet of Things.The server receives measurement data and displays it to the user through a computer.Through system oper-ation and implementation,the measurement error of the system is less than 0.1 cm,the response time of each function is less than 50 ms,and it has high accuracy and real-time performance.
